ⓈCompany sustainability reportThroughout 2023, TELUS International focused on selecting, designing, and 'greening' its sites, incorporating strategic designs for workspaces to deliver equipment efficiency and increased occupant connectivity with the natural environment. The company used less damaging products such as non-toxic paints and carbon neutral or negative fixtures and finishes. It also leveraged technology to reduce the need for team member travel. TELUS International operated 72 delivery sites in 32 countries, with over 95% of locations leased, encouraging partnerships with landlords on innovative environmental management solutions. The new TELUS International building is constructed to triple green certification standards and integrates renewable energy through solar panels, includes green space, and produces more energy than it consumes.
