Progress against targets

The company has made progress in decarbonizing its portfolio by engaging controlled portfolio companies to set and verify net-zero targets through SBTi. Subsidiaries have increased the quality and scope of their carbon accounting, including material scope 3 categories. OLX Group has initiated over 30 global initiatives to reduce its environmental footprint and is working on a roadmap for publicly disclosing net-zero targets by end-FY25. PayU has matured its carbon-accounting practices for scope 1 and 2 emissions and is working on completing an assurance readiness review for scope 3 emissions, with plans to submit science-based net-zero targets to SBTi before the end of FY25.
