Progress against targets
ⓈCompany sustainability reportThe CABB Group has made progress in reducing its greenhouse gas emissions. As of 2023, the CO2e emissions for Scope 1 and 2 (market-based) have decreased from 364,207 tons in 2019 to 354,562 tons. The company has also achieved savings through the procurement of low-carbon electricity, contributing to the reduction in emissions. The gross volume of direct greenhouse gas emissions (Scope 1) has decreased from 190,931 tons in 2019 to 187,113 tons in 2023. The CABB Group is actively working on improving data transparency and accuracy by tracking and reporting Scope 3 emissions, which is a significant part of their sustainability reporting. In 2023, they started with the first Product Carbon Footprints (PCFs) to identify further emission reduction potentials on a product level.
