DAI selected 2019 as a baseline year for measuring progress, with total emissions calculated at 32,938 tCO2e. By 2023, emissions reporting for scopes 1, 2, and 3 for the U.S. office showed a 'C' grade from CDP, indicating awareness-level engagement. Emissions for the U.K. office have been tracking down, although there was a small uptick in Scope 3 emissions due to increased travel post-COVID. DAI is updating systems to minimize travel and use lower-carbon options.
