The maturity rank is based on a company's overall maturity score compared to other companies in the same industry (over 50 companies) in Illuminem's database. Higher maturity result in a higher rank.
Companies at the early stage of their sustainability journey are usually just starting to recognize the importance of sustainability. Their goals are often compliance-driven, cost-saving, or reputation-based, rather than deeply integrated into their core business strategy. Example solutions include services to comply with regulations, compliance software, consulting services, energy management & efficiency to reduce cost, certifications etc.

Progress against targets ⓈCompany sustainability report
RISE has developed reduction targets for its emissions, which have been sent for validation to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). The targets include a 42% reduction in emissions from its own operations (Scope 1 and 2) and a 25% reduction in indirect emissions in the value chain (Scope 3) by 2030, with 2022 as the base year. This progress is part of RISE's strategy to align with the Paris Agreement and contribute to solving the climate crisis.
