Controversy level
- ozon Holdings PLC, Russian major ecommerce platform (Cypruslisted, Sistema/Baring Vostokaffiliated), has faced sustained US OFAC sanctions exposure following the 2022 Russia sanctions affecting US institutional ESG investor concerns, plus the contested 2024 sustained share price volatility amid Russian ecommerce market normalization and the broader Russian tech sector sanctions compliance pressure.
